It's wonderful to see such a successful long exposure from this area. It almost has an ICM quality to it, that's offset nicely by the static Reynisdrangar. That alone makes this otherworldly. So too are the color harmony and the play of lines going in several directions. It brings chaos that's balanced by the frame's simplicity. The cliff-face, however, does look a little intimidating to me. I do think it's a matter of opinion if that adds or distracts from the rest of the image, because it conveys scale well. Overall, it's a work that demands looking at it for longer.
