A simple yet striking composition, a yellow canola field, grey sky and a lone tree. Photographed on route back from a weekend trip from Canberra the canola fields lined the road South of Goulburn. With a fixed 50mm I wandered the edge of the field looking to compose the lone tree off centre with a full block of yellow flowers in the foreground. A wide aperture blurs the foreground and really pulls the eye into the image. [+]
