About photographer

I'm a professional landscape photographer from the Netherlands who loves to convey dark, moody and ethereal qualities of the world around us. I'm a dreamer and a thinker and in the damp forests of the Dutch countryside, I'm at my best when left alone with my thoughts. It is here when those thoughts find their way into photography. But that's just half of what I do.

I'm a real sucker for the cinematography of the Lord of the Rings and the art of the collectible card game Magic the Gathering. As such, those painterly post-processing techniques are the foundation of my editing workflow that contributes to the other half of my work.
